The Westport 164’ models have been flying off the shelves, famous for being one of the world’s largest composite production yachts. The master cabin includes an office, king size bed, walk-in shower, sizable vanity, bathtub, and his/her sinks and toilets. The amenities feel more comparable to a luxury villa than a yacht. The bridge deck VIP cabin is equipped with its own private balcony overlooking the STBD side and optional bathtub. The Westport 164’ is powered by a pair of 4000 horsepower NTU engines that allow a comfortable cruising speed of 22 knots. The sundeck is large enough for a helicopter pad, bar, seating area, and hot tub leisurely. Generous deck areas, impressive amounts of storage, and unparalleled design all contribute to the Westport 164’s notoriety.

Sanlorenzo has completed its first SX112 superyacht. Thanks to the design work of Zuccon International Project, the new 34.16-metre yacht sports a flying bridge with an explorer style.

The designers have also reinforced a “family feel” throughout the range, with Piero Lissoni maintaining a fluid design for the interiors and an open-plan main deck. A spiral staircase enclosed in glass at the top of the main deck connects the three decks. The guests can gather at the stern zone, where a 90-square-metre expandable beach club offers folding terraces and a fitness area.

Powered by four Volvo IPS3 1350S engines with 1,000 hp each, the new SX112 crossover yacht will be able to reach a maximum speed of approximately 23 knots and cruise at 20 knots.

The Bahamas is planning to enter a major new phase of its tourism reopening in October, one that will include the reopening of its beaches and major hotels.

Beginning Oct. 15, beaches and hotels will open on all major islands in The Bahamas, according to Bahamas Tourism Minister Dionisio D’Aguilar.

All guests must abide by a 14-day “vacation-in-place” plan, which will allow guests access to all amenities, including hotel spas, gyms, bars and more.

The next reopening phase will be headlined by the relaunch of Nassau’s Baha Mar megaresort, which had already been slated to reopen at the beginning of October.

The third phase of the country’s tourism reopening will also include the reopening of attractions, excursions and tours on Nov. 1.
