Featured listings are the yachts Aspire Yacht Sales represents directly. On every vessel below we hold the central agency agreement: we are the listing broker, we work for the owner, and we manage the sale from pricing through survey, sea trial and closing.

That is what separates this page from our full inventory search. Through the IYBA cooperative we can show you any vessel any member brokerage has listed. The boats on this page are ours.

What a central listing means for a buyer

You are dealing with the brokerage that knows the boat. We have been aboard, we have the history, and we can answer questions about condition and maintenance without relaying them through a third party. Where a co-brokered sale puts two firms between you and the seller, a central listing puts one.

It also means the marketing on these vessels is ours: drone video, professional walk-through photography, and distribution across YachtWorld, Boats.com and the IYBA network as well as our own buyer list.

Our central listings span Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Cape Coral and Puerto Rico, along with selected international locations. They range from around 50 to 145 feet and include motor yachts, sportfish, express cruisers and center consoles from builders including Hatteras, Viking, Princess, Sunseeker, Azimut, Ferretti, Riva, Sea Ray, Tiara, Grand Banks, Marlow, Selene, Nordhavn and Outer Reef.

We represent buyers as well as sellers. If you want a buyer’s broker through the transaction, that service costs you nothing, because commission is paid by the seller from the proceeds of sale.
