6 Fairline yachts currently listed from 45′ to 65′, $499K to $3M. Aspire Yacht Sales brokers Fairline across South Florida, the Keys and the Bahamas , and we will tell you which ones are worth seeing.
Fairline began in 1963 when Jack Newington bought gravel pits on the River Nene and built Oundle Marina; the first boat, a 19-foot glass river cruiser, followed in 1967. The Targa sports range arrived in 1985 and the Squadron flybridges in 1990, and those two names still carry the brand. The company went into administration in 2015 and was bought out and relaunched in 2016.
The boats are a particular thing: English-built, tightly finished, and laid out for a European idea of a motor yacht rather than an American one - more cockpit and less flybridge volume than a comparable US boat. Plenty came to Florida and they suit an owner who values the way she is put together over the last cubic foot of accommodation.
