For a Buyer
You are dealing with the brokerage that knows the boat. We have been aboard, we have the history, and we can answer questions about condition and maintenance without relaying them through a third party. Where a co-brokered sale puts two firms between you and the seller, a central listing puts one.
It also means the marketing on these vessels is ours: drone video, professional walk-through photography, and distribution across YachtBroker.org, Yachtr.com, YachtWorld and Boat Trader with its network of sites, plus co-brokerage with other brokerage houses, and our own buyer list.
For an Owner
A central agency agreement puts a brokerage’s full effort behind your boat rather than treating it as one of several thousand co-op listings. We price it, we market it, we field the enquiries, and we represent you through the transaction.
And an Aspire broker is aboard at every single showing. Not a lockbox code, not a co-op broker walking a stranger through your boat while you are away. Somebody from this firm is on her, every time, answering for her and reporting back to you afterwards.

We represent buyers as well as sellers, and there is no fee to a buyer for having one of us with them. We can also source vessels that never publicly list, through our broker network, direct owner relationships and the IYBA network.
Where the buyer comes to us on a yacht we already hold, we are acting for both sides. That is ordinary in this business and we handle it the same way every time: disclosed in writing before an offer, straight dealing with both parties, and neither side’s position carried to the other. The work is a deal both people are content to sign.
